August 24, 2021
Thanks to all our users who have given us feedback about our email reminders in the past. We’ve made some changes which we are really excited to release.
Our new reminder emails massively cut down the amount of reminder notifications each user may receive.
From 1st September 2021, you’ll get:
– 1 email at the start of every month, rounding up last months activities and progress, including a ‘to-do’ list of tasks for the coming month.
– 1 email 7 days before the end of every month checking progress of the current month tasks.
– Email alerts for any new training modules/courses (as and when they become available to you).
– Email alerts for when an annual assessment becomes available to you in your account.
Over the last few years, one thing that has been regularly fed back to us from many of our users is in relation to our email reminders.
Our new reminder emails massively cut down the amount of reminder notifications each user may receive. Instead of individual reminders for each of your tasks, you’ll now get a single monthly review email which summarises your account activity each month, highlighting what you’re doing well and, if anything, what areas you need to work on.
Included in the monthly summary email, you’ll also be given a ‘To-Do List’ of tasks that you need to work on over the course of the coming month.
7 days before the end of each month, you’ll get an email reviewing your progress of your To-Do list tasks.
And that’s it! Just 2 emails each month from MOT Juice to help keep you on track with all your DVSA compliance tasks.
You’ll only receive 2 emails each month to help keep you on track with your MOT Juice account activity and DVSA compliance tasks.
This makes it easier for you to see everything you need to do each month at a glance, without the need to go through various emails.
You’ll still receive separate emails if and when a new training module, course, annual assessment, or site audit is assigned to you from your employer.
Please keep sharing your feedback with us as it helps us continue to develop the MOT Juice platform to be the best on the market.
