New Training Module Question Formats

Introducing 2 new training module question formats – Fill in the Blank and Open Ended – Over the next few months you may start to see us use these new question formats to make the training modules more engaging.

System Update – New Training Courses Library

It’s almost the end of yet another DVSA Training and Assessment year – except this time it’s unlike any we’ve had before (for a lot of testers).

April 30th marks the end of the 5th year of training and assessments, which also means that for the majority of testers, they’ll need to be able to evidence not only that they’ve been completing 3 hours of DVSA curriculum training each year, but also 16 hours since April 1st 2016.

MOT Juice Christmas and New Year opening times and dates

Christmas and New Year opening times and dates 2019/20

Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Here at MOT Juice, we’d like to wish each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Please note, that during the festive season we will close on Friday 20th December at 5pm, and we will reopen on Thursday 2nd January at 9am. 

However, we will be operating our support ticket function (see below) during the following times between 21/12/19 to 1/1/20

23/12 between 9.30 and 16.00
24/12 between 9.30 and 12.00
27/12 between 9.30 and 16.00
30/12 between 9.30 and 16.00
31/12 between 9.30 and 12.00

All emails and telephone messages will be dealt with immediately upon our re-opening on Thursday 2nd January.

If you need to submit a support ticket just

    1. log in to your account
    2. from the menu on the left of the page select Help & Support – Support Tickets
    3. look top right on the page and click the green button + Create New Ticket

Over the last few weeks, MOT Juice has been looking at how we can make our secure system even more… well, secure.

Here at MOT Juice, our aim to to take our understanding of new technologies and learning how we can apply them to the system you use on a daily basis to keep your MOT business at the forefront of DVSA compliance and risk mitigation.
